Not impressed. My first time there and I was so excited due to other reviews. I requested Cindy when I booked my appointment. When I went in, she sat me down and said Cindy would be doing my nails. Then another girl did them. They are uneven lengths, some aren’t even coffin shaped. Some curve up, not down. Last place I went she made them to thin, BUT THESE ARE WAY TO THICK. She was rude, and rushed through it. I just spent $70. Youd think she would at least compare each hand to the other to check for matching length. But nope, she wouldn’t let me look until after top coat was on and done. Never going there again.

Loved my nails and will get them done here again once i need a re-fill. My only complaint is my one nail didnt seem to have been pressed downards enough during the application (so it sticks upwards a bit) and i didnt realize till i got home, but im not too worried as the lady who did mine did everything else perfectly ❤️ she followed exactly what i wanted

They have excellent service and talented techs. Cindy, Anne, Dianne are amazing. They are so kind and sweet. The best ever eye lash tech is Kristine. I have been going to this place for 7 years now.

The nail technician did not seem to pay much attention to detail, as my nails were not filed evenly, and the polish was applied sloppily. The polish also began chipping within a day of my visit, indicating poor quality of products used.The customer service was also lacking, with the staff appearing uninterested and unapproachable. They did not make an effort to ensure my satisfaction with the service, nor did they address my concerns when I brought them up.Overall, my experience at this nail salon was disappointing and not worth the money spent. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality nail service.

Best salon in Calgary! I’ve been coming to this salon since they opened, and no matter what I get done, I’m never disappointed. The ladies are so kind and do such an excellent job at keeping the salon nice and clean. I also get my lashes done here and they’re stunning! This is my go-to and I honestly don’t trust anyone else with my nails. I got matching nails done this afternoon with my sister and they turned out perfect.

I got a price for pedi and manicure shellac of $84. The girl did extra stuff that she never mentioned it was going to cost me more. At the end, I paid $110 for that, when I asked them why? they only said I got the luxury service that I never asked for. The girl turned to be rude with me saying that she was with me until the end of the day and whatever was done was done. I was a regular customer here, but for sure I will never come back.

This is my go-to nail salon! You can pick complicated designs or simpler ones, they always do such an amazing job! The people are so nice and friendly and always try to make sure that you’re comfortable and like how your nails look! It’s truly a place that cares for their customers and the quality of work. If you’re looking for a new nail salon to try out, this is the one! The nails in the photos are done by Ann ❤️ she’s amazing!

Even though we made an appointment for 3 people weeks prior, we were left waiting as there was not enough staff. My one friend had to leave bc we had to wait, to which the staff didn't even talk to us. The place didn't have a good vibe, would not go again.
