Tropical Nails

These ladies are so kind and hardworking!! I came in for a pedicure and they were able to take me right away. Great service and awesome results.Just a note for rude women who think the world revolve around them… I’m astonished at how some “women” think it’s ok to treat others poorly. I just witnessed some lady who was late for her appointment rush the ladies and then complain after everything was completed.Treat those who are merely trying to make your day better with respect!!Anyway come get your nails done here! The ladies are wonderful! ✨

Recently discovered tropical nails and were so happy to find them. But in the 6 months we've gone their prices have nearly doubled! My daughter went back for acrylic nails recently (French tip) Ans hee usually $50 nails were almost $80 bc the tips were a design". In two weeks have have broken or fallen off as well. Time to find somewhere new again...."

The manicure started peeling off within hours of application. Other places last 3 to 4 weeks. I went back they refused to fix it. And when I asked for a refund the owner her staff were rude. They behaved like animals straightout of the jungle. Save your time, and coins don't go here!

Horrible service, really slow and no one really helped me. I had an appointment at 6 and waited over 30 minutes. They were doing people for walk in’s before me who had called a day before to make an appointment. No one seemed to care and no one came to see me. I was really disappointed with this place as it’s close to home and i wanted to find another place i could trust

It was ok. We arrived short notice and we were able to have a pedicure.The chairs and foot baths are comfortable and looked clean. There is a wide selection of regular and shellac polishes. They have little chairs for children to feel special too.The store is flat but there is a step up to go sit on the pedicure chairs. There is a toilet in the back.The pedicure was ok for me but my partner didn't get the heel scrub and shred she was hoping for.The foot and leg massage from my pedicurist was fantastic and it was my favorite part. The polish is holding up well after 10 days.I would go back but it's not going to be my go to place as I felt like the staff was resentful and annoyed.

I loved my experience here! I had Michelle and she was great. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them and everyone there was nice.So I’m updating almost a week later and I took off 1 star because the bottom of my nails are lifting. I’ve never had this happen before and my hair keeps getting stuck under the bottom of the nail and being pulled out which has not been fun.Nine days from when I first get them done and I’ve lost 3 nails. I am disappointed they came off in 1 whole piece like press on nails. Which for every person who gets their nails done knows is not supposed to happen. I don’t think I’m going to go back here and I’m happy I used a gift certificate and not my own money.

This place used to be my “back-up” salon, but has now become my #1. They are so friendly and do an amazing job. I usually get a regular pedicure (exfoliating scrub was what got me coming back - it’s amazing!) and shellac manicure. This time, I tried the dip nails and WOW! Super impressed!

Her attention to detail and skillful technique always leave my feet feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Helen takes her time to ensure that every aspect of the pedicure is done to perfection, from trimming and shaping my nails to the soothing massage that follows. I never write bad reviews but I have too.I have been going to this place for five years. Most girls have been nice. I rarely had compliments.Today the man who is also the owner (owner’s husband) did my nails. I am very unhappy. It’s midnight and I can’t sleep from pain and hypersensitivity in my nail beds.He kept filling the sides of my nails.I started feeling pain. For a while I wasn’t sure what was happening. Then I didn’t want to embarrass him and I kept quiet. But he kept filling and the pain became unbearable. Eventually I had to ask him to atop.My nails are so painful that I had to take Advil. And they still hurt (are super sensitive). I couldn’t use remote control tonight, couldn’t take my watch off, or unbutton my shirt……..What a bad experience (i feel stupid that not only I paid him. I also gave tip…..I shouldn’t have).Looks like he doesn’t know nails anatomy or how to do nails. I usually see him doing the management part. But today the place was busy and I guess he didn’t want me to leave…I sincerely request he sticks to management work and should not do nails because obviously he doesn’t know it well and he is not proficient in it.And my suggestion for customers is to avoid getting their nails with owner (man).Stay safe.
